On the occasion of its 10th Anniversary, OIE organized a blood donation programme with the slogan “मानव हितका लागि गरिने अतुलनिय योगदानः रक्तदान” on 5th Baisakh, 2067.The programme which was prearranged with a pure humanitarian cause was an enormous success with the number of blood donators reaching seventy-one. Many citizens eager to donate blood had been ineligible due to their health reasons. Nevertheless, there remained an immense enthusiasm and desire to contribute to this noble cause amongst the donors and volunteers.
Mr. Prem Sagar Karmacharya (also known as Rakta Sagar), who had donated his blood 121 times was the chief guest of the programme. Speaking at the programme, Mr. Thakur Chhatkuli, the programme coordinator, said that Orbit International Education will be organizing such kinds of humanitarian programmes in the days to come.
